Governor Palin Heads Home to Alaska; Just Getting Started

Thursday, December 10, 2009

We knew it couldn't last forever.

It's been a blast having Governor Palin in the Lower 48 for the last three weeks on her Going Rogue book tour. It did almost seem like she was supposed to do this forever, though: travel the country drawing huge crowds of people who appreciate her common sense conservatism and love for our great country. I have to admit, I hate to see it end.

But we know there's really no end in sight for the Governor herself. Indeed, she's just getting started.

Via Facebook, she shares:

This book tour has been an amazing and inspirational experience for me and my family as we crisscrossed the country and met so many wonderful Americans. At nearly every stop we met someone with a connection to Alaska – usually through the military from being stationed at one of Alaska’s bases. With that in mind, we’ve decided to hold the final book signings at Alaska's Elmendorf and Eielson AFBs. Hope to see you there!
