BRISTOL WAS HORRIBLE AND THE ONLY REASON SHE IS STILL ON THE SHOW IS BECAUSE HER MOTHER IS TELLING ALL THE REPUBLICANS TO VOTE FOR HER! SHE SHOULD HAVE BEEN OFF LONG AGO!!! HOPEFULLY TONIGHT IS THE NIGHT!

1. Sorry to shatter your illusion, but Governor Palin has not told anyone to vote for Bristol.

2. Tonight just isn't your night, is it? Bristol moves on to the Finals!

Speaking as a professional dancer myself, it appears that Bristol has generated the time/energy/focus that it takes to make it through each week on DWTS, but does this appear to be anymore or less than any of the other contestants?

Each contestant brings something unique and valuable to the stage, embodying the essence of their spirit, but realistically speaking, Bristol would not have a shot getting an actual dance gig whereas Brandy might, Kyle probably could, and Jennifer definitely has a strong chance.

None of these contestants are miraculously turned 'dancers' in this overnight process. Give some respect for the years of physical/mental/emotional maturity that it takes for professionals to get to the paid stages. Martha Graham once stated, "it takes ten years to make a dancer."

In my opinion, however, there is something wrong with turning this artform into a competitive sport. It is competitive enough without being a competition.
