Stacy Drake compiled a list of Netflix competitors for those who have determined to dump Netflix for another company that has the decency to show you the respect you deserve. Find that list here. As Stacy also points out, for those who choose to call and give Netflix a piece of your mind, please do so in a firm--but respectful--manner. As for me, I've never had a Netflix account. I had been considering it, but they can forget it now. I've ceased to give my business to companies that give we the people the business!
